Our open type blind rivets are available in 304/316 stainless steel, anti-rust aluminum and galvanized carbon steel. The mandrel adopts stainless steel or carbon steel for optional matching to satisfy different strength and corrosion resistance requirements. 316 stainless steel performs well in chloride corrosion resistance, ideal for coastal and humid environments. Aluminum rivets feature light weight and non-magnetism, while carbon steel with galvanized finish enhances rust protection. They are widely used in automotive sheet metal, electronic equipment and furniture manufacturing for long-term stable riveting.
Designed with large flange round head, it expands the bearing contact area effectively and avoids piercing thin plates, plastic parts and soft materials, perfectly suited for furniture panels and electronic chassis. The blind rivet structure only requires single-side operation without tapping or welding, fitting enclosed or single-side accessible assembly scenes. The rivet shell expands evenly to form firm clamping force, preventing loosening and falling off during long-term service.
Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12617, DIN 7337 and other international standards. The diameter ranges from 3.0mm to 6.4mm, with riveting coverage of 1.5mm to 12mm to adapt to various workpiece thicknesses. Installed easily with a rivet tool, the mandrel breaks automatically at the set tension with controllable and efficient workflow, greatly improving mass assembly efficiency. Widely applicable in construction engineering, automotive industry and general assembly with strong versatility.
