Center Pin Hammer Expansion – Through Anchoring
Insert the anchor through the workpiece into the base material hole, strike the center pin – the bottom expansion petals open at the hole bottom, creating a through mechanical lock. No nut tightening or waiting – hammering completes anchoring instantly. The threaded through-section protrudes outside, allowing adjustable clamping force with the flange nut – ideal for steel structures and curtain wall frames requiring through-profile fixing.
Flange Nut with Anti-Slip Self-Locking
The matching flange nut features dense anti-slip ribs on the bottom face, biting into the workpiece surface during tightening to resist vibration and impact loosening. The threaded through-section offers ample adjustment margin – even with hole depth deviations, preload can be precisely adjusted via the nut.
