Material & Weather Resistance
Our wedge anchors are available in two major material series: AISI 304/316 stainless steel and carbon steel. The 316 stainless steel version features outstanding resistance to chloride ion corrosion, easily withstanding highly corrosive environments such as coastal salt spray and wastewater treatment plants. The carbon steel version offers SWRCH35K/45# options with hot-dip galvanizing, balancing high strength and outdoor rust prevention. With strength grades A2-70 and A4-80, and sizes ranging from M6 to M20, they deliver long-lasting and reliable anchoring.
Wedge Locking Mechanism
Featuring a core wedge-locking expansion sleeve design, tightening the nut drives the wedge block to expand under pressure, forming a 3D interlocking bite with the concrete hole wall to significantly enhance anchoring force. The tested anti-seismic and anti-loosening performance fully meets the C1/C2 high-fatigue load requirements of ETAG 001 Annex E. In dynamic load scenarios such as elevator shaft brackets and bridge guardrails, they can stably withstand repeated alternating loads.
Efficient Post-Installed Design
The fully threaded integrated design allows the cutting depth to be adjusted arbitrarily according to on-site working conditions, eliminating the need for pre-embedded components and greatly reducing pre-construction preparation costs. The installation process only requires four simple steps: drilling the hole, cleaning the hole, inserting the anchor, and tightening the nut to the specified torque. This post-installed solution is especially suitable for scenarios such as existing building renovations and elevator guide rail installations.
