Multi-Layer Anti-Corrosion for Harsh Environments
Made of high-strength carbon steel with yellow zinc / hot-dip galvanized / Dacromet coating, or optional 304/316 stainless steel. Multiple anti-corrosion systems effectively resist moisture, salt spray, and chemical attack. Both exposed flange head and expansion cone are fully protected – even when embedded in concrete or outdoor conditions, they won't rust or fail, ensuring long-term safety for building structures, railings, and curtain walls.

Wedge Expansion Locking for Superior Anti-Vibration
The built-in wedge cone expands the sleeve when tightened, with 3-segment expansion wings gripping the hole wall tightly, creating powerful mechanical locking force. The flange hex head with diamond knurling provides anti-slip bite to prevent rotation and loosening. High tensile & shear strength (Grade 8.8 ≥800MPa) ensures reliable anchoring even under vibrating conditions – never loosens.

Flange Load Distribution for Long-Term Stability
The large flange hex head offers greater bearing area than standard hex heads, effectively dispersing loads to prevent concrete or steel hole-edge crushing or cracking.
