High Tensile & Hardness Carbon Steel Material
Made of Q235 carbon steel with hardened treatment and black oxide finish. Compared to ordinary low-carbon steel screws, this product offers higher tensile strength (Grade 4.8 ≥400MPa, Grade 8.8 ≥800MPa) and increased hardness to prevent thread stripping or head breakage. When driving into hardwood or composite panels, its high strength ensures smooth penetration without deformation – strong and durable for heavy-load connections in furniture and construction.
Metal Material for Tightening & Anti-Loosening
The carbon steel substrate is heat-treated for excellent elastic limit and torsional strength. The self-tapping sharp thread bites deeply into wood fibers during driving, creating a "female thread" locking effect. Metal material never ages or becomes brittle, maintaining secure fastening under long-term vibration or temperature changes (e.g., outdoor wood structures, movable furniture). High preload is retained after tightening for reliable, long-lasting connections.
Long Service Life with High Wear Resistance
Black oxide finishing increases surface hardness and provides self-lubricating properties, reducing friction wear between the screw and wood during assembly. The countersunk Phillips head fully embeds into the wood surface, preventing tool slippage or head damage. Proven in durability tests, the threads withstand repeated driving and removal without significant wear. Compared to common zinc-plated wood screws, this product offers superior wear resistance and lower replacement frequency in outdoor or repetitive-use applications.
