The 316 stainless steel variant offers excellent chloride corrosion resistance, passing ≥720 hours of salt spray testing to withstand coastal and humid environments. Carbon steel options with electro galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, or Dacromet coating balance high strength and rust/wear protection. Thread sizes range from M3 to M24 with custom options available, delivering reliable fastening for automotive, machinery, and construction applications.
One-Piece Flange + Serrated Anti-Slip Design
Manufactured to international standards including DIN 6923, GB/T 6177.1, and ISO 4161, our nuts feature an integrated flange and serrated anti-slip base. The flange replaces flat washers to distribute pressure evenly and protect workpiece surfaces, while the serrated teeth bite into the contact surface during tightening to create a mechanical lock against vibration-induced loosening.
