Our 304 stainless steel mixed‑drive wedge expansion anchor is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (A2-70). All‑in‑one mixed drive head – one bolt accommodates multiple drive methods: flat countersunk cross recess (flush), external hex head (wrench drive), and internal hex socket (hex key drive) – adapting to different tools and space constraints. The wedge expansion mechanism – as the wedge is driven in, it expands the sleeve against the hole wall for high tensile/shear anchorage. The dense anti‑slip knurling on top prevents cam‑out during tightening. Sizes M6‑M16, extended sleeve lengths 60‑200mm custom. Suitable for heavy‑duty window/curtain walls, electromechanical supports, exposed handrails, and aerated block/thick base material reinforcement. Installation: drill → clean hole → insert anchor → tighten with the appropriate tool based on head type.
Extended sleeve (60-200mm) increases anchoring depth, distributing loads deep into the substrate and reducing stress concentration at the hole mouth. The high-hardness 304 stainless steel substrate, electro-polished for a smooth, wear-resistant surface – resists galling and abrasion during repeated installations. Fatigue-tested, this anchor maintains stable anchoring under long-term cyclic loads in industrial racking and machinery brackets – no shifting, no deformation, with replacement cycles far exceeding ordinary galvanized anchors, significantly lowering maintenance costs.
