Rust-proof & Corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel Material
All components (bolt, nut, flat washer, lock washer) are made of 304/316 stainless steel (A2-70/A4-80). High chromium content forms a dense passivation film, preventing rust in humid, salt-spray, or chemical environments. Metal Material for Tightening & Anti-Loosening
A2-70 stainless steel offers tensile strength ≥700MPa. The split lock washer provides continuous spring force, while the flat washer distributes pressure – together increasing thread friction torque. Full-thread bolt allows precise preload adjustment, effectively resisting vibration and impact loosening. Metal material never ages or becomes brittle, maintaining stable clamping force from -40°C to high temperatures.
