Carbon steel parts undergo mesh belt furnace quenching + tempering according to grade (Grade 8.8: HRC 22-32); stainless steel parts only require passivation or bright annealing. Surface finishing: carbon steel can be electro‑galvanized (blue/white or yellow zinc, 72h salt spray) or hot‑dip galvanized (≥50μm). Each batch is sampled for hardness, flatness (≤0.25mm), and salt spray testing.
