    Carbon steel grades 8.8/10.9 undergo mesh‑belt furnace heat treatment (quenching + high‑temperature tempering) to obtain a uniform tempered sorbite structure, achieving HRC 22‑32 (8.8) and HRC 32‑39 (10.9). Stainless steel versions receive vacuum solution treatment + passivation. Surface finishing: carbon steel parts can be electro‑galvanized (8‑12μm), hot‑dip galvanized (≥50μm), or black oxide; stainless steel parts are electropolished.
