Multi-Material & Full Strength Series for Demanding Conditions & Long Durability
Our clevis pins are made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel or 45#/40Cr alloy steel, with strength grades including A2-70 (304), A4-80 (316), and carbon steel grades 8.8/10.9. The 316 stainless steel version offers exceptional chloride corrosion resistance, passing ≥720 hours of salt spray testing to withstand harsh coastal and humid environments. Carbon steel options with electro galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, or black oxide finishes balance high strength and rust/wear protection. With diameters ranging from 3mm to 50mm, they adapt to various load and application requirements.
Standardized Precision Design for High Fit & Anti-Loosening Performance
Manufactured to international standards including GB/T 882, ISO 2341, and DIN 1443, our pins feature a flat head with cross-hole and high-precision polished shaft. The smooth shaft minimizes wear during installation and operation, extending service life. When paired with cotter pins or R-clips, they provide dual anti-loosening security. The evenly distributed load on the flat head ensures stable performance under dynamic loads in lifting equipment and mechanical engineering, eliminating the risk of loosening or dislodgement for safe connections.
Quick-Install Design for Efficient Assembly Across Multiple Scenarios
The cross-hole design allows fast locking with cotter pins: simply insert the pin through the clevis, secure it with a cotter pin spread open in the hole, and the connection is complete. No special tools are needed for disassembly, greatly improving assembly and maintenance efficiency. Customizable lengths suit applications from automotive trailers to marine equipment and industrial machinery. The low-friction polished shaft also reduces installation resistance, making them ideal for both mass production and on-site retrofits with excellent versatility.
